Sl115
This beautiful antique brooch dates to the late Victorian era and is crafted in tested sterling silver with hand-set clear paste stones. The openwork navette (eye-shaped) design features intricate wire and bead detailing, giving the piece a light, architectural feel. The stones are foil-backed and faceted, catching light beautifully even with age.
The brooch fastens with its original C-clasp and tubular hinge, consistent with late 19th-century workmanship. A small loop at one end suggests it may have once doubled as a pendant or could be worn as one now.
